Allard Jansen Architecture + Development is a real estate, design, and development firm. Since the 1990’s, we’ve worked to promote “new urbanism”, creating small-scale projects that fostered walkability and community interaction in existing neighborhoods. We encourage this in our clients, and have developed our own projects, gathering investors that share the same vision for quality and value.
