The ultimate equestrian project, this Rancho Santa Fe compound comprises a 16-stall custom barn with luxury clubhouse and living quarters. It was strategically designed as a residence, but also includes seven paddocks, a riding arena, turnouts, hot walker and pond, all designed in collaboration with experts Blackburn Architects of Washington DC. The owners utilize the 15-acre Farms as a party site, featuring sunset-view firepits, outdoor pizza oven, and plenty of relaxation room for guests and ponies.
